AI receptionists & business automation

AI integration.
A clearer path
from inquiry.

Connect the first conversation to the people and tools that need it.

Audney scopes AI receptionist and automation workflows around how your business actually works: the questions customers ask, the information your team needs, and the moments that call for a person.

Garden visual direction used throughout Audney's website
Start with one useful workflow, a defined scope, and a clear human handoff.

Where it can help

Useful connections.
Defined boundaries.

These are possible project scopes. The tools, channels, permissions, and features are confirmed for your business before implementation.

AI receptionist setup

Plan how incoming calls are answered, which approved questions can be handled, what details to collect, and when to route to your team. Availability and routing depend on the chosen setup.

Inquiry capture & CRM

Connect website or call inquiries to the agreed destination. Keep the useful brief with the contact so the person following up has context, with duplicate handling appropriate to the workflow.

Follow-up workflows

Define owner notifications, next-step tasks, and any approved customer follow-up. Messages, recipients, timing, and channels are agreed before a workflow is activated.

Testing & handoff

Test ordinary and exceptional paths, including missing details, unanswered calls, and unavailable connected tools. Decide who reviews issues and what support is needed after launch.

A practical starting point

One workflow.
Clearly thought through.

  1. Map the current journey

Describe how inquiries arrive today, where information is saved, and what gets repeated or missed. Identify the person responsible for the next step.

  2. Agree the boundaries

Choose the information to collect, approved answers, escalation rules, and required tools. Confirm access, data handling, ongoing provider costs, and your approval process.

  3. Connect & test

Build the agreed connections and test with controlled examples. Check that information reaches the right destination and that a failed step has a useful recovery or human handoff.

  4. Review before activation

Review the experience and wording before it handles customers. Agree who maintains the workflow and how changes are approved.

Before we begin

Useful answers.
A clearer next step.

Can an AI receptionist answer every question?

No. The setup should have approved information and clear limits. Questions outside that scope, sensitive requests, and decisions that need judgment should have an agreed handoff to a person.

Can you use our existing tools?

We review the tools and access you already have. A connection depends on the provider's available integration methods, your account plan, and approved permissions; compatibility is confirmed before it is promised.

Can we discuss the workflow in person?

Audney travels to clients in Los Angeles County, Orange County, and the city of San Bernardino. Meetings are arranged in advance during business hours: Monday through Saturday, 6 AM to 11:59 PM Pacific; closed Sunday.

Can it book appointments or send messages?

Booking, messaging, and other actions can be discussed as part of the scope. They require compatible tools, approved wording and rules, and testing. They are not automatically included in every setup.

What happens if an integration fails?

The recovery and escalation behavior is defined for the workflow. Testing should cover unavailable services and incomplete information, with a named person responsible for review.

What will setup and ongoing use cost?

The project quote reflects the agreed workflow. Phone, messaging, software, or AI usage charges may also apply depending on the providers selected. We identify the expected services and responsibilities before you approve them.

the process gets stuck.

Tell us how inquiries arrive, which tools you use, and where your team spends time repeating the same steps. That is enough to start a focused conversation.
